Who Are We
FOUNDER
Mr. Yohan Lee has many years of professional experiences as corporate and investment lawyer. Mr. Lee established Law Offices of Yohan Lee since 2008 and has demonstrated excellent leadership in operating his legal services entities. Throughout his legal experiences, Mr. Lee learned land use consulting skills and developed his current financial networks. He had also been instrumental in establishing and developing in Craig and Beach, which is proven to be a highly successful enterprise.
Furthermore, Mr. Lee received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UCLA and received his Juris Doctor’s Degree in ALU. Furthermore, he was honorably discharged from the US Army after six (6) years services. Serving in the US Army was Mr. Lee’s major life-time valuable experiences.
Mr. Lee has a profound real estate knowledge and legal expertise in financing and development. During his professional career, Mr. Lee has successfully served many public offering companies. He is a legal advisor and board member for Korea Franchise Association “KFA” in the United States. He is a legal practitioner and advisor registered with KOTRA and aT Center.
Lastly, Mr. Lee has always been a person who is actively seeking to share what he has earned with the community.
